Signs of Stress
There are many signs of stress including physical signs of stress, mental signs of stress, and signs of stress that are seen in you family/social relationships. If you have having a number of these symptoms you should consider seeing your doctor to make sure you don’t have a serious medical problem (As I discussed under Panic Attacks). These symptoms can be a sign of a number of different things so keep this in mind.
Remember that stress can lead to a number of problems. Some of them include the following:
- Being overweight
- Low Immune System
- Heart Problem
- Skin Conditions
- HTN
- Bad Heal From Not Exercising
- Delayed Pregnancy
- Children being stressed and Obese

- Nausea
- Diarrhea
- Flushing
- Increased Heart Rate
- Heart Skipping
- Increased Sweating
- Abdominal Pains
- Skin: Rashes, Hives, Ane
- Lightheadedness
- Rapid Breathing
- Hand Tremors
- Gas
- Increased Urination
- Neck and Back Pain
- Lower Immune System: Increased Colds/Infections
- Nervous Habits: Hand Wringing, Face Tics, Foot Tapping, Face Picking
- Jaw Clenching
- Dry Mouth

- Difficulty Swallowing
